About La Princesa Tower
La Princesa Tower was the tenth and final tower constructed at Coronado Shores, completing the community's iconic skyline in 1978. As the newest building in the community, La Princesa recently underwent a comprehensive renovation of its lobbies and hallways, offering residents a refined blend of classic elegance and modern coastal design. The updated common areas showcase premium finishes and contemporary styling.
The tower has a large square footprint positioned in the middle of the community, and its orientation provides residents with beautiful views in every direction. Depending on the unit, you may enjoy panoramic ocean views, bay and bridge vistas, or a combination of both. With 148 units, La Princesa is among the largest towers in the community. Each of the 15 floors contains 10 units offering one-, two-, two-plus-den, and three-bedroom layouts. The tower stands adjacent to Las Flores and Las Palmas, with six of the community's eight tennis courts located nearby between La Princesa and La Playa.
