About La Playa Tower

La Playa Tower is renowned for its stunning bay-facing views that capture the nightlife on the water of Glorietta Bay and San Diego Bay, the illuminated downtown San Diego skyline, and the graceful arc of the Coronado Bridge. The sixth tower built at Coronado Shores, La Playa has a rectangular footprint and offers 15 stories of refined coastal living.

Each floor contains 9 units in one-, two-, two-plus-den, and three-bedroom configurations. The tower's location makes it a convenient walk into Coronado Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. La Playa is situated near the community's tennis courts, with six regulation courts located between it and La Princesa Tower. Despite its name meaning "the beach" in Spanish, La Playa is actually positioned more toward the road, a historic quirk attributed to the original planning team at the Coronado Shores Company.
